Besides the fact that it is too small to be useful, the weight of the water would far exceed the towing capacity of that dinky car to which it is attached.
Additionally, since there are no baffles, the sloshing of the water when moving would tear the trailer hitch apart and have catastrophic results for any tow vehicle.
Stupid, useless and not well executed.

Geez m, tell us how you really feel.
I mean, it’s obvious that it wouldn’t be driven around full of water. Yeah, you’d have to fill up wherever you park, but at least someone is trying to do something new.
