The last one says “plastic bottles and cans only” all you can see from the picture is the “cans only” part of that phrase.
Most recycling bins say this, so you know not to throw garbage in them.
Even tho most of today’s socity is too lazy to read, so they throw their garbage wherever they want, including the ground.

I love the barcode recycle system. It make recycling so much easier and more convenient. With it, we don’t even have to think of which category our trash belongs to and it already automatically tell us. The growing bin idea is genius!!
