@Carol. its not painted, its shopped, lots of people can this kind of thing rather easily, if its done by an artist and in an exhibition its art if its done on a random website such as reddit, or memebase, its just people being silly and having fun, to be honest its just a bit of silly fun, and if someone can explain how this is art, then we need an exhibition to all the user generated content on memebase
