suitcase scooter is an very old technology.
somebody already invented it more than five years ago (probably a decade).
its probably illegal to use it on the road (on some parts of the world) since there’s no license plates on it.
and its very risky as well to use it on busy roads.

Lithium-ion batteries are not allowed to be put in hold according to the IATA regulations (regulations that every airport and airliners have to follow and set the rules concerning the Dangerous Goods that may or may not be allowed in a plane), the battery would then have to be removable in order to be able to actually travel with this suitcase
